Cancellation / Late Fee Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which clients may cancel scheduled appointments and the responsibilities of both the service provider and the client regarding cancellations.

-Notice of Cancellation:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or the online booking system.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. If the client reschedules anytime during the next 5 days of the prior appointment, the Late Cancellation Fee will go towards their service, as long as it is not repeatedly done.

-Late Fee Policy:

After 5 minutes, a courtesy call will be provided.  After 15 minutes, a late fee of $40 will be charged and the appointment will be canceled; the client must have to reschedule online. 

We kindly ask all clients to be punctual for their appointments. Timely arrivals help us maintain our schedule and provide the best service to everyone. If you foresee any delays, please notify us as soon as possible. 

-No-Show Policy:

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show.”

A No-Show fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

-Emergency Cancellations:

Exceptions to the cancellation fees may be made in the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the service provider. Clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

-Repeated Cancellations:

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay for future appointments. This measure is to ensure the efficient use of the provider’s time and availability for other clients.

-Provider Cancellations:

If the service provider needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to accommodate the client’s schedule and reschedule at a convenient time without any penalties to the client.

-Refunds:

Prepaid appointments canceled according to the policy will be fully refunded or credited towards a future appointment, as per the client’s preference.

-Communication:

All cancellations and rescheduling requests should be communicated through the designated contact methods provided at the time of booking. Confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling will be provided to the client.

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. This policy helps us maintain a high standard of service and ensures availability for all clients.
